More changes to Citizens' policies have just been filed by the Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR), with changes unofficially going into effect May 1 for new business, and June 1 for renewals.

Changes include discontinuing builders risk policies (new and renewal), reduction on personal liability limits from $300K to $100K with no buy back provision, and a mandatory 10 percent deductible on the peril of sinkhole, to name a few.

Check you renewal policies carefully and contact us if you have questions.
